Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Key responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for new and existing applications and systems architecture.
- Lead technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of robust software outcomes.
- Apply security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Build integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Hybrid role in Wrocław with at least three days per week in the office.
- Ability to join the team no later than 1 October 2026 is required.

Required qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong software development experience with Python for scalable backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications.
- Strong SQL skills for working with structured enterprise data.
- Experience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components, including data pipelines, transformation, and validation.
- Experience delivering or integrating AI and ML-enabled solutions in production or near-production environments.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.
- Master's degree in financial markets, mathematics, computer science, or a related specialized field.
- Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies for enterprise software platforms.
