Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Participation in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
- Independent business analysis, definition of functional requirements, solution testing and support for UATs.
- Daily cooperation with software developers and IT architects.
- Support for Agile project coordination and mentoring of junior team members.
- Taking ownership of assigned topics and areas as an active Agile team member.
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid home office model with 2–3 office days per week.

Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
- Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience delivering IT solutions in an international team.
- Creative, resourceful and proactive approach to complex problems, with analytical thinking and the ability to present results.
- Fast learning ability and readiness to work in a challenging international environment.
- Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English, at least C1, with confidence in collaboration with native speakers.
- Experience in consulting, implementation or an IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
- Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
- Good knowledge of German or French.
- Willingness to work with international clients and travel up to 50% of working time.
