Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You will:
  • Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to understand end‑to‑end processes and identify areas suitable for automation.
  • Design and implement performant, resilient automation to eliminate manual tasks
  • Apply security‑by‑default principles, including secrets management, least‑privilege access, and vulnerability management.t
  • Monitor and continuously improve process performance to ensure scalability and readiness for unexpected scenarios.
  • Automate both the processes and the testing of those processes to guarantee reliability.
  • Work within Agile teams and contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have:
  • 5+ years of Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) in production environments
  • 3+ years of automation experience for infrastructure or application delivery
  • Strong shell scripting skills
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, especially Ansible and Jenkins
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Fluency in English and comfort working in a global, multicultural environment
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong documentation, ownership, and communication mindset
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with or improving IT services built on vendor software
  • Understanding of financial services compliance and risk management requirements
