We’re looking for Control-M Administrator to take ownership of workload automation and help teams get the most out of Control-M. This role is very hands-on: you’ll work on new solutions, platform integrations, and rolling out new features, while staying close to application and infrastructure teams. • Install, configure and manage Control-M environments
• Support different types of testing: performance, regression and stress
• Troubleshoot Control-M issues across application and infrastructure layers
• Work directly with application teams, advising them on the best use of Control-M
• Design and deliver Control-M solutions based on user needs
• Write and maintain code following engineering practices
• Cooperate with vendors on support cases and improvements
• Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, knowledge transfer) for support teams

• Client: lead international bank
• Recruitment process: 2 meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter
• Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw

• At least 4 years of experience as a Control-M Administrator
• Strong experience with Control-M on Unix/Linux
• Hands-on work with Control-M scheduling (including JSON, XML, AAPI)
• Experience testing, evaluating, and deploying new Control-M features and fix packs
• Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git and Ansible
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python or similar
• Experience using Ansible for deployment and configuration

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes)
• Additional hands-on experience with rolling out new Control-M features or fix packs
