Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Maximizing the value delivered by integration (orchestration) teams
- Executing the strategic direction defined by architecture teams
- Creating, refining, and clearly communicating Product Backlog items
- Prioritizing backlog to ensure optimal delivery of business value
- Ensuring backlog transparency and alignment with agile practices
- Defining and communicating team objectives and goals (PI objectives)
- Collaborating with architects, product management, and stakeholders
- Supporting solution design aligned with architectural and non-functional requirements
- Working closely with product management, architects, and other Product Owners
- Contributing to integration framework governance and common platform development
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments at team level
- Supporting agile delivery within organizational standards and governance frameworks
- Daily cooperation with integration teams and participation in governance forums
Kogo poszukujemy?
- At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role
- Technical background - Java, Microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL, API
- Experience in agile environments, preferably within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM, etc.)
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience in breaking down complex initiatives into smaller deliverable stories
- Solid understanding of IT architecture concepts
- Experience or exposure to data integration and big data environments
