Czym będziesz się zajmować?
What will you do?- Provide technical support mainly via phone (German & English)
- Troubleshoot products, mobile applications, and connected devices
- Guide customers through setup, installation, and maintenance
- Handle after-sales cases, including warranties, returns, and spare parts
- Document customer interactions and ensure a great customer experience
- International and multicultural work environment in a modern office at Global Office Park, Katowice
- Business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00, Saturday 9:00-13:00 (40h/week)
- Employment contract with a salary of 7,500 PLN gross

Kogo poszukujemy?
- German (C1 min.) & English (B2)
- Experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting
- Interest in technology and problem-solving
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
- Readiness to work from our office in Katowice
