Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Conduct performance assessments, provide feedback, and guide career development for team members.
- Mentor the development team, ensuring implementation of best practices, design principles, and coding standards.
- Ensure processes and standards that enable high-quality software delivery.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shaping technical strategy and roadmap.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment with enterprise standards.
- Foster innovation and explore new tools and methodologies.
- Inspire the team to deliver clean, efficient code based on industry standards.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Implement security tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk) and oversee adherence to security best practices.
- Manage application performance and asset monitoring (e.g., Splunk, New Relic) for seamless operation.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Experience with management of software engineering teams.
- Track record of driving technical excellence and change.
- Experience working in a global team distributed across multiple locations.
- Very strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience working with multiple software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- ML engineering including feature engineering, versioning and packaging, model training and distribution.
- Strong experience working with distributed computing frameworks.
- Architecture of solutions to integrate Data Science products into client applications.
- Enterprise integration patterns, microservice architectures and event sourcing.
- Containerisation ecosystems and other resource, workflow and orchestration systems.
- Experience of automation, configuration management, multi-cloud and hybridisation, IAAS and PAAS.
- Problem solving, analysis and computational skills.
- A high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinking with ability to see the big picture.
- Customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to influence technical teams and senior stakeholders.
