Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Build and maintain internal tools and systems used to run the agency, including integrations between our project management, support desk and reporting platforms
  • Build external tools, web applications and integrations for clients
  • Use AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to plan, build, test and ship work efficiently
  • Review, test and take full ownership of AI-generated code before it goes live
  • Write clear technical specifications and break larger projects down into manageable pieces of work
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and automation platforms
  • Maintain code quality, security and documentation across all projects
  • Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins and functionality for client websites
  • WordPress updates, backups and maintenance
  • WordPress troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • Optimising website performance and speed
  • Identify where AI and automation can improve how the agency and its clients work
  • Quality control and testing to ensure deliverables meet a high technical standard

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Several years of commercial software engineering experience, with a portfolio of projects you have built and shipped
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools as part of your workflow
  • The experience to judge when AI output is right, when it is wrong, and when to write the code yourself
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery and PHP
  • Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes and plugins (including WooCommerce)
  • Experience with Advanced Custom Fields Pro (ACF Pro) and custom post types
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap)
  • Knowledge of cross-browser testing, responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Knowledge of server management, including DNS settings, hosting and cPanel
  • Experience working with bespoke or third-party APIs
  • Good understanding of security best practices, particularly authentication and handling sensitive client data
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier) is a plus
  • Able to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical colleagues and clients
