Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Project:- Work on a financial project delivering data solutions for credit risk, financial data processes and regulatory reporting.
- Translate business needs into scalable, reliable solutions using data modelling, system integration, process optimisation and AI assisted tools.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, traceability and governance while collaborating with stakeholders, architects and development teams.
- Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa, with two or three days per week in the office and flexible work organisation.
- Design, develop and maintain data models.
- Define data mappings between systems and support integration and transformation.
- Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
- Participate in implementation, testing, automation and continuous improvement.
- Establish data governance standards and best practices.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Extensive experience in data modelling and solution design.
- Strong SQL skills and hands on experience with relational databases.
- Good programming skills in Python.
- Experience with data integration, transformation and mapping across multiple systems.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations and process modelling.
- Experience with data quality, consistency, traceability, auditability and governance.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and working with business stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Kafka.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with Java development.
- Data warehouse concepts and architecture.
- AI tools for documentation, testing, data analysis or development support.
- Banking, finance or regulatory reporting experience.
- Credit risk, rating or financial statement data knowledge.
