Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Main tasks and responsibilities:- Design, implement and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Define test strategies with developers, business analysts and product owners.
- Execute functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Provar.
- Report defects, monitor quality metrics and support process improvements.
- Assist with release management and deployment validation.
- Maintain QA documentation, conduct stakeholder training and product demos.
- Participate in the agile development cycle.
- Flexible starting times between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, hybrid work in a 70/30 model and up to 30 remote-work days abroad from selected countries.

Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Extensive experience implementing and testing complex Salesforce service processes, including Service Cloud or Field Service.
- Knowledge of test automation tools, API testing and Salesforce architecture.
- Business fluency in English.
- Proactive and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good written communication and willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, CI/CD experience and HVAC or manufacturing process knowledge are welcome.
