Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Processing and verifying digital documents and data required for the fuel tax refund process
  • Checking that data and documents are accurate, complete, and consistent
  • Identifying missing documents and cooperating with Customer Advisors to collect necessary information
  • Supporting invoice and data processing during periods of increased workload
  • Participating in process improvement projects, including testing AI-based document solutions
  • Identifying repetitive or manual activities that could be improved or automated
  • Working closely with colleagues based in Warsaw and France
  • Working in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after completing the onboarding period

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • First experience in data processing, documentation, administration, accounting, invoice processing, back-office operations, or a similar area would be an advantage
  • Recent graduates looking for their first full-time opportunity are welcome
  • French at a level that allows cooperation with manager and team members in France
  • Good English skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, or SharePoint will be an advantage
  • Interest in IT tools, automation, and artificial intelligence
  • A proactive approach: willingness to ask questions, suggest improvements, and help organise the process
