Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Samodzielne moderowanie mediów społecznościowych i opinii klientów.
  • Odpowiadanie na komentarze, wiadomości, pytania, wzmianki oraz opinie gości.
  • Regularne monitorowanie Facebooka i Instagrama, w tym Stories, postów i Reels.
  • Spokojne i profesjonalne reagowanie na negatywne opinie oraz trudne sytuacje, w tym eskalowanie spraw i konsultowanie ich z zespołem hotelu.
  • Krótkoterminowe zlecenie w dniach 12–27 listopada, obejmujące około 50 godzin pracy, również w weekendy; możliwe dodatkowe godziny lub obowiązki w przyszłości.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • Previous experience managing online communities and responding to comments, messages, and customer feedback.
  • Excellent written Polish; able to write flawlessly, warmly, and naturally, tailoring responses to individual guests.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or B2C services.
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach to negative feedback and challenging situations; sound judgement about escalation and when to involve the hotel team.
  • Attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to check social media channels several times a day.
  • Availability for a short-term assignment from 12 to 27 November, approximately 50 hours in total, including weekends; remote work availability.
Nice to have:
  • Experience responding to customer reviews on Google Maps and Booking.com.
