Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Run international implementations end to end for QRmaint customers – from kickoff, through system configuration, to go-live
  • Handle the technical setup: configure QRmaint per customer, set up integrations, and migrate and clean up customer data
  • Train and onboard customer teams so they can run the system independently after go-live
  • Manage each implementation as a project – schedule, milestones, customer communication, coordination with sales, support and product teams
  • Take international implementation projects off the sales team's plate so they can focus on selling
  • Support part of your time on customer support requests, which often turn into implementation work
  • Feed customer insight back to the product team regarding new features and fixes

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Experience in maintenance, facilities or industrial environment – the key requirement; you understand how maintenance teams operate
  • Ability to run a project independently – manage schedule, communicate with customers, work through obstacles without waiting for instructions
  • Comfort in a training role – at ease explaining and coaching customer users
  • Familiarity with QRmaint is not required – product and process will be learned on the job
  • English and Polish at a level allowing you to run implementations and trainings entirely on your own
