Kogo poszukujemy?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or quantitative-related subject
- 10+ years of experience in valuation, risk, or product control
- Strong understanding of global accounting and regulatory developments
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, market dynamics, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders in driving change
- Excellent people management skills
