Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Coordinate customer activation end-to-end as the primary contact, onboarding new clients and enabling selected products for existing clients.
- Advise clients on process requirements and support customers and Relationship Managers in collaboration with internal teams.
- Align client needs with internal rules and local and international regulations.
- Manage customer request pipelines and meet internal and client deadlines.
- Build a cross-functional network to meet customer needs.
- Discretionary variable pay and recognition awards.

Key requirements:- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service and improving it through innovative approaches.
- Proactive, business-oriented approach to prioritising conflicting requests.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in banking, finance, economics or a similar field.
- Knowledge of an additional language.
