Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Summer Analyst Program starting in early June: education on Analyst fundamentals and Citi's culture, on-the-desk training, speaker series and networking
  • Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduating as Full-Time Analysts
  • Working within Technology Infrastructure / Technology Services, which maintains Citi's global infrastructure: physical facilities, network connectivity, computing resources and data management
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining physical infrastructure: data centers, server rooms and associated hardware
  • Ensuring stability, availability and performance of infrastructure and managing capacity planning for computing and storage resources
  • Exposure to teams: Microservices Development (Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Front-End Web Development (React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML5), Generative AI & AI Agents (GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, workflow design) and Data Analytics (Splunk, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
  • Work in global projects with cross-functional teams and learn how technology drives the financial sector
  • Structured learning, mentoring and development programs to build technical and leadership skills
  • Hybrid working model with currently up to 2 days working from home per week

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other tech-related degrees
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and leverages Generative AI to address complex business problems
  • Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
  • Excellent communication skills, project management, leadership and attention to detail, with the ability to work well within diverse teams
  • Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises
  • Collaborative and adaptable; prior experience working in agile teams is desirable
  • Authorized to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
