Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Prepare and submit non-financial regulatory reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Perform data validation, reconciliations, quality checks and post-submission controls to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in regulatory change implementation, process enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Support testing activities related to system, regulatory or process changes.
- Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes and support issue resolution.
- Maintain procedural documentation and reporting evidence in line with Citi standards and audit requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance and Business teams to support reporting delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, standardization and risk reduction.
- Work in a hybrid model (currently up to 2 days working from home per week).
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or automation and AI-powered tools.
- Experience in banking, financial services, operations, regulatory reporting, data analysis or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight reporting deadlines.
