Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Implement and configure Salesforce solutions, including objects, flows, and integrations
- Develop and enhance Agentforce Service use cases in real project environments
- Ensure proper alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to validate feasibility and data model design
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and UAT preparation
- Optimize automation and service processes within Salesforce
- Contribute to high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce projects (mandatory)
- Strong background in Salesforce development in production environments
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce Service
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, flows, and automation
- Knowledge of integrations and service processes within Salesforce ecosystem
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset
- Good communication skills and English at business level
- Experience in retail industry environments
- Broader exposure to Salesforce ecosystem and service processes
