Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Administer and operate the endpoint monitoring platform, including dashboards, metrics, and configurations
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions
- Manage and utilize APIs for data extraction and automation
- Develop, maintain, and deploy PowerShell and Bash scripts across the organization using GitHub pipelines
- Work in an Agile environment (Jira, sprints) and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Provide support across L1–L3 levels for monitoring-related topics and troubleshooting
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and security for all deployed scripts
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Strong experience in platform administration (monitoring tools such as Nexthink or similar)
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash, with attention to quality and scalability
- Experience working with APIs, data processing, and structured development workflows
- Knowledge of NQL or willingness to learn
- Understanding of support models (L1–L3)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
