Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Define, prepare, and own the end-to-end test strategy and test plans for the migration programme
- Create and maintain a test framework supporting pre-requisites before migration and post-migration verification
- Coordinate testing activities across application teams, service areas, and programme workstreams
- Lead and coordinate testing during migration cutover across all application testing teams
- Analyse requirements and ensure proper functional and non-functional test coverage
- Oversee test case design, preparation, execution, and quality assurance of test artefacts
- Track and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics
- Manage testing risks, dependencies, and support defect triage with development and infrastructure teams
Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or QA Lead on complex programmes
- Strong experience in test automation, including Robot Framework
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to manage testing across multiple teams and parallel workstreams
- Experience in test tracking, reporting, and quality metrics
- Understanding of testing practices in complex migration environments
- Knowledge of VMWare environments
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other public cloud platforms
- Experience testing infrastructure, platform, or cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with automation strategies and tools in a migration context
