Your responsibilities:- Assist customers with all kinds of inquiries and provide top-notch service before and after their purchases
- Share expert advice and offer personalized product comparisons, helping customers make smart purchasing decisions
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, aiming for clarity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer data, records, and documentation with precision
- Help customers solve technical issues quickly and effectively

Kogo poszukujemy?
Our requirements:- Fluency in Romanian (C1 level, both written and spoken)
- English proficiency (B2 level) for collaboration with the international team and participation in training
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new tech tools and systems
- Clear communication, strong organization, and efficient multitasking
- A customer-first mindset: approachable, empathetic, and eager to solve problems
- Experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, tech support, or pre/post-sales roles
