Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:- Coordinate onboarding and promotions, maintain records and accounts, and register job changes in Workday and TETA.
- Generate offer letters and employment agreements and organize signing and onboarding sessions.
- Provide status updates to new hires and promoted employees, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Polish law and internal processes.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and talent acquisition partners.
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, send invitations and communicate changes and instructions to participants.
- Support a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience and complete other tasks assigned by management.
- Hybrid work with up to two days at home per week.

Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Workday and TETA, client reporting, the industry and competitors.
- Shared services experience and participation in global projects.
- Organization, time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
