Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Work within the Traded Risk Measurement, Monitoring & Control function in the global Risk & Compliance organisation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, coordinate Traded Risk projects and provide analytical support in Market Risk and Cross Risk.
  • Lead initiatives addressing regulatory challenges and optimise the Traded Risk control framework.
  • Streamline, standardise and globalise infrastructure, processes and reporting.
  • Provide requirements for risk-system changes and support development and UAT testing.
  • Align the function with the Global Operating Model and maintain relationships with Risk Managers, Front Office, Middle Office and Product Control.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:
  • University degree in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics or econometrics.
  • At least 5 years of relevant banking experience, for example in Risk, Product Control, Front Office or Middle Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading business and market-risk concepts.
  • Strong understanding of risk factors across asset types, risk sensitivities, their measurement and risk-management techniques.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
Additional advantages:
  • Hands-on exposure to VaR, IRC, RWA reporting and the related regulatory framework, including FRTB.
  • International financial or risk accreditation such as CFA, FRM or PRM.
  • Coding skills in VBA, Python or SQL.
