Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Translate strategic initiatives and high-level briefs into well-defined, production-ready digital solutions
- Scope management: documenting requirements, flagging ambiguities, ensuring alignment before development starts
- Day-to-day operations: managing ongoing content changes, site updates, and maintenance workflows
- Sprint coordination: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, progress tracking, and blocker resolution
- Quality assurance: testing against specs, validating against design intent, and QA coordination
- Stakeholder communication: regular syncs with external partners and internal stakeholders, status updates, and escalation
- AI-powered workflows: using AI tooling to accelerate documentation, specification synthesis, and project tracking
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, scrum mastery, business analysis, or delivery coordination
- Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into clear technical specifications with attention to detail
- Experience managing handoffs between creative and design teams with technical execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in asynchronous and cross-timezone environments
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, documentation, and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted project management and workflow automation tools
- Fluent English
