We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a long-term project for a leading international bank. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the application landscape, supporting development teams, and driving automation and reliability across environments.

This is a hybrid position – the client expects your presence in the office 2–3 days per week.

• Providing technical, administrative, and user support for business-critical applications.
• Participating in incident resolution and troubleshooting across multiple environments.
• Improving application performance and leading CI/CD automation initiatives.
• Deploying new application releases and ensuring a smooth, controlled release process.
• Designing and implementing monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Ensuring that infrastructure and platforms meet security and compliance standards.
• Automating repetitive tasks to enhance the efficiency and reliability of development and operations.
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in both infrastructure and applications.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical skills (hands-on):
  • CI/CD tools: Bamboo, Jenkins, Helm Charts (or similar).
  • Scripting: Bash, Python or PowerShell.
  • Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Monitoring & logging: AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk.
  • Version control: Git, Bitbucket.
  • Other technologies: Kafka, MS SQL, Oracle DB, SoapUI (or similar tools).
• Language: Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working with the Pega Platform.
