The project focuses on the modernization and continuous improvement of an enterprise-scale service platform used by internal and external customers. The role combines full-stack development, UI leadership, and service lifecycle ownership, with a strong emphasis on application stability, performance, and user experience.

• Participate in software architecture design and technical decision-making
• Lead UI changes and UX improvements to enhance application stability and usability
• Implement solutions following best practices and design patterns
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend solution improvements
• Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Develop application prototypes and proofs of concept to validate designs
• Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle
• Actively contribute to the automation and improvement of service management processes
• Provide high-quality customer support by resolving issues efficiently
• Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and deliver effective solutions

• 5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade applications in the .NET ecosystem, including frontend development (preferably React)
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Web API development
• Hands-on expertise with React for building dynamic and high-performance web applications
• Advanced experience in database design and SQL, particularly SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning)
• Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience leading UI/UX initiatives or mentoring frontend developers
• Familiarity with service management frameworks and ITSM tools
• Experience working in enterprise or customer-facing platforms
• Knowledge of modern frontend architecture patterns
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
• Fluent English and Polish
