Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  1. Tracking the remediation progress in Service Domain Technical Lead level and nominated Point of Contacts when relevant
  2. Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders
  3. Ensure that sufficient progress report have been received to all applications
  4. Update and report the progress forward for reporting team (for SATL / COO) and to the relevant documents
  5. Maintain and enhance good communication with business area representatives and monitor them on the base of remediation activities progress
  6. Ensure relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains to make
  7. Escalate and handle issues and other dependencies with WS2 lead

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Good PowerPoint skills and basic skills using Excel as they are the primary tools used
  • Experience managing smaller projects incl. ability to keep an overview of a larger portfolio of small projects and teams, secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments and reporting for the teams
  • Ability to stay on top of deadlines and comprehensive communicative skills to make sure that all inputs from various teams are delivered correctly and on time for the COO/SATL/SDTL report & meetings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages to stakeholder in a clear and professional manner
  • Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira will be beneficial, to support the development of Uplift Application Failover in Jira
  • Great stakeholder management as the resource will have to engage with stakeholders across the organization
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
