Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Co-ordination and agreement of change initiatives with senior stakeholders across the GBGFs
  • Proactive identification of improvement opportunities in the technology landscape and delivering provable results compared to baseline
  • Delivery of transformation, working in an agile environment, utilising industry standard approaches where applicable.
  • Provision of subject matter expertise and facilitation to stakeholders and the wider engineering community that will consume these services
  • Management of stakeholder expectations and accountability
  • Provision of clear communication on schedules, delivery dates, scope changes, etc to stakeholders
  • Oversight of adoption and rollout of agreed operating models to the engineering teams
  • Development of ways of working and delivery approach that recognises incumbent risks of the directive and ensures that continuous feedback maximises delivery success.

Requirements:
  • Experience of driving transformation in technology, operating in a DevOps / Agile environment
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working on global initiatives, engaging with team members and stakeholders in multiple locations
  • Ability to support agile ways of working against a baseline release schedule
  • Experience in measuring outcomes of change initiatives
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills
  • Process oriented and structured approach.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
