## Opis stanowiska

You will work on building and maintaining high quality data solutions used across the bank. Your work will focus on developing data repositories and reusable data assets that support reporting and analytics at scale and help teams turn complex data into clear and reliable insights. All solutions are delivered in line with the bank’s data standards, with strong attention to quality, consistency and long term usability.  What you will do   E2E delivery of assigned projects, such as developing performance KPIs, development of data models based on multiple data sources in alignment to standards and business requirements, including but not limited to data discovery, data cleaning and transformation, metrics calculation, data aggregation and data validation  Perform matching and linking across datasets  Ensure secure movement of data from sources to targets   Provide complex reporting solutions within Google Cloud environment  and/or Microsoft SQL Server  Utilise Python, TSQL and other technologies  Work with stakeholders and business partners to understand requirements and process logic; play an active role in understanding core problem statements  Identify internal process improvements opportunities  Identify and manage risks and process blockers in area of responsibility

Client:  lead international bank   Recruitment process:  phone screen a with our recruiter plus 2 meetings with the hiring managers   Hybrid work:  2 days per week from the office in Cracow   Skills:    Proven experience of working in a data-related role (at least 3 years):  SQL development, data analysis, data engineering, data architecture, data management and / or modelling with hands-on technical experience of using associated technologies  Understanding of  SQL programming  and relational database systemis a must  Experience with  Google Cloud Platform Products , especially  BigQuery  and  Looker Studio   Experience in preparation of  business reporting  and  front-end dashboards   Knowledge of  Python    Nice to have:   Understand  ETL  and  data warehousing  principles   What's in it for you?
