## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.  Coordinate delivery across application owners, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and external vendors.  Establish and maintain project governance aligned with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery frameworks.  Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resource plans.  Coordinate technical remediation, resilience, service management and operational improvement initiatives in large enterprise environments.  Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment in a complex matrix organisation.  Report and communicate to senior management, steering committees and governance forums.  Support solutions that improve operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, service transparency and regulatory compliance.   Work organization:   Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warsaw, with 2–3 days per week in the office.  Flexible work organization; additional training financed by Jit.

## Kogo szukamy

At least 7 years managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects.  Track record delivering complex initiatives across technology teams, infrastructure platforms and application owners.  Strong project governance, risk and dependency management, financial control and executive reporting experience.  Experience managing organisational complexity and multiple stakeholder groups.  Solid understanding of enterprise IT, applications, infrastructure, service management and operations.  Experience with technology lifecycle or application portfolio management, software remediation or technical debt reduction.  Knowledge of ITSM principles and operating models; experience driving change across application, infrastructure and platform teams.  Regulated-environment experience, preferably financial services; knowledge of technology risk, operational resilience and governance.  Ability to turn regulatory and risk requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.  Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication, including presenting to senior leaders; able to resolve conflicts and build alignment.
