## Opis stanowiska

Key Responsibilities:   Provide technical support to customers by phone, email, and chat.  Diagnose and troubleshoot products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices.  Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance.  Identify root causes, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.  Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems.  Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance, while meeting customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.   What We Offer:   Office-based work in Katowice at Zabrska 19, Global Office Park, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00.  Relocation support to Katowice and a full-time position available from 16.11.2026.  Labor contract with an attractive salary. ## Kogo szukamy

Fluent Swedish at C1 level and English at B2 level.  Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting.  Technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, garden equipment, or power tools.  Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions.  Good knowledge of the Windows environment and MS Office applications.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.  Readiness to work from the office in Katowice.
