## Opis stanowiska

You will     Identify & Optimize  : Analyze ingestion, retention, tiering, sampling, and routing rules across cloud logs and storage to pinpoint savings; prioritize opportunities by ROI and risk    Automate & Deploy  : Build and deploy scalable automation and IaC templates (Terraform/CI/CD) for log/storage cost controls, drift detection, and automated governance    FinOps & Governance  : Improve tagging and allocation models for accurate showback/chargeback; define policies, workspace quotas, default retention rules, and budget alerts    Stakeholder Engagement  : Run optimization clinics with platform and application teams to agree on cost reduction targets, owners, and timelines    Reporting & Proposals  : Build business cases with projected savings, produce executive-ready reporting, and present technical recommendations to senior engineering leads    Compliance & Control  : Ensure all changes pass strict risk, compliance, and change control frameworks, maintaining runbooks and rollback plans

## Kogo szukamy

Must have     Multi-Cloud  : Hands-on   Azure   (Log Analytics, Monitor, Sentinel, Policy) + strong knowledge of   AWS   (CloudWatch, S3) or   GCP   (Cloud Logging, BigQuery)    Automation/IaC  :   Terraform  ,   Python/Bash  , and   CI/CD   (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)    FinOps  : Practical experience in cost allocation, tagging, budgeting, and savings forecasting    Observability & Storage  : Expertise in log architecture, data retention, and storage lifecycle management    Enterprise Environment  : Experience with strict compliance, change management, and risk frameworks    Soft Skills  : Ability to present technical proposals to senior leaders and run cross-team workshops     Nice to have     Certifications  : FinOps Foundation or Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)    Domain  : Financial services background
