## Opis stanowiska

Project    Join a team developing internal engineering tools supporting Future State Architecture (FSA) across CTO Platforms.    The project focuses on building production-grade applications and APIs, integrating enterprise data sources, and implementing AI-powered solutions using autonomous agents to improve workflows for architects and engineering teams.    You will     Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and applications supporting enterprise architecture.    Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java    Integrate applications with PostgreSQL, relational databases, and enterprise data sources    Develop and enhance web UI components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks    Implement and orchestrate autonomous AI agents to build, test, and deploy software    Develop integration solutions using MCP, tool/function calling, and API-based communication    Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into solutions    Ensure production-grade standards covering security, performance, resilience, testing, and observability    Participate in code reviews, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal tools

## Kogo szukamy

Must have     8+ years  of professional experience in software engineering using  Node.js  and/or  Java   Solid knowledge of relational databases, particularly  PostgreSQL , including data modelling and query optimisation  Experience with web UI development using modern  JavaScript/TypeScript  frameworks  Knowledge of agentic application engineering and autonomous  AI agent  orchestration  Experience with  integration patterns , including  MCP , tool/function calling, and  API design   Understanding of production engineering principles, including security, resilience, performance, and observability  Experience with automated testing and software quality practices  Solution design and architecture skills, preferably for internal platforms and engineering tools  Strong  English  communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders    Nice to have    Experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools  Hands-on experience with LLM integrations and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)  Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP  Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines  Familiarity with software development lifecycle automation and AI-assisted coding tools  Experience building internal developer platforms, engineering tools, or enterprise applications
