## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Translate client business goals and constraints into marketing priorities, KPIs and a roadmap.  Lead client meetings and workshops, present recommendations and manage expectations.  Combine performance marketing, creative, content, marketing automation and conversion optimization into one plan.  Define project scope, responsibilities, timelines and quality expectations; brief specialists and remove blockers.  Manage budget and team capacity, monitor hours and profitability, and negotiate scope changes.  Interpret results with specialists and recommend changes, tests or activities to stop.  Identify relationship risks and opportunities to renew or expand collaboration.   What we offer:   B2B, employment or contract of mandate; full-time or part-time, with at least 60 hours per month for part-time work. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Experience independently leading marketing projects and client relationships in an agency.  Broad digital marketing knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of performance marketing, marketing automation, CRO or content.  Strategic thinking, problem diagnosis and the ability to recommend a direction.  Understanding of marketing KPIs and project economics, with data-informed decision-making.  Strong consulting and communication skills, including workshop facilitation and constructive feedback.  Team leadership, delegation and accountability.  Examples of projects led, decisions made, outcomes and lessons learned.  Excellent written and spoken Polish and English; availability for client collaboration during business hours.   Nice to have:   Experience with e-commerce, D2C brands or growing businesses.
