## Opis stanowiska

Translate strategic initiatives and high-level briefs into well-defined, production-ready digital solutions 
 Scope management: documenting requirements, flagging ambiguities, ensuring alignment before development starts 
 Day-to-day operations: managing ongoing content changes, site updates, and maintenance workflows 
 Sprint coordination: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, progress tracking, and blocker resolution 
 Quality assurance: testing against specs, validating against design intent, and QA coordination 
 Stakeholder communication: regular syncs with external partners and internal stakeholders, status updates, and escalation 
 AI-powered workflows: using AI tooling to accelerate documentation, specification synthesis, and project tracking 
 Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, scrum mastery, business analysis, or delivery coordination 
 Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into clear technical specifications with attention to detail 
 Experience managing handoffs between creative and design teams with technical execution 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in asynchronous and cross-timezone environments 
 Proficiency with project tracking tools, documentation, and collaboration platforms 
 Familiarity with AI-assisted project management and workflow automation tools 
 Fluent English
