## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of KYC and Transaction Monitoring workstreams for the new EU AML Regulatory Package.  Define and implement changes to systems, processes, data sourcing, governance and reporting.  Manage workstream scope, deliverables, targets and definitions of done.  Ensure operational readiness of KYC servicing units and assess the impact of new processes and tools.  Resolve dependencies across the KYC value chain and support risk and issue mitigation.  Maintain governance and senior management oversight, monitor progress and escalate risks and issues.   Work conditions and benefits:   Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with 2–3 office days per week.  Flexible work organisation and training financed by Jit.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Senior project or programme management experience at executive level in Financial Crime Prevention.  Ability to lead large, complex projects across multiple geographies and business areas.  Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at different levels of seniority.  Proven experience operationalising change and delivering measurable value and benefits.   Nice to have:   Delivery of large structural changes across KYC and Transaction Monitoring, particularly end-to-end customer monitoring.  Implementation of risk-based, event-driven review frameworks and processes.  Implementation of KYC processes for sole trader customers.
