## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies.  Lead delivery teams, coordinate business and technology stakeholders, and facilitate workshops and governance decisions.  Plan and support MFA rollout across business units and geographies; track adoption, progress, risks and status reporting.  Manage MFA exceptions, compensating controls, remediation, escalations and blockers.  Coordinate testing, user acceptance, pilots and production releases.  Ensure deliverables meet IAM, security, regulatory and governance requirements.  Manage stakeholder communication, change management and business readiness for MFA adoption.  Support resource planning, budget tracking, vendor coordination and delivery governance.   Offer:   Hybrid work from Gdynia or Gdańsk, with 2–3 office days per week.  Flexible work organization, Jit-funded training and integration meetings.  International teams and daily exposure to English.

## Kogo szukamy

Proven delivery of enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or access management initiatives.  Experience coordinating large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.  Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, conditional access policies, authentication methods and access controls.  Strong leadership and stakeholder management across business, technology and security functions.  Experience managing scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, governance and executive reporting.  Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation.  Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives.  Knowledge of access governance, RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, segregation of duties and compliance controls.
