About the program:   10-week summer program within different disciplines of the Risk Management area in Poland, starting mid-June 2026  Functional and technical training programs designed to promote professional development and effective work habits  Learning opportunities in modelling, programming, derivatives, risk management, as well as soft skills including presentation and communication skills  Overviews of Citi businesses and Risk Management disciplines, such as Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, Capital and Stress Testing, Reporting  Each Summer Analyst is matched with a junior and a senior mentor who guides and supports them throughout the summer   Responsibilities:   Performing tasks, activities or assignments typical for a given Risk Management Team  Working under direct supervision  Resolving task-related problems and/or working on a dedicated project

Pursuing a master's degree in one of the disciplines: Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or other relevant major (preferred)  Between penultimate/final year of university, with graduation date in March/July 2027  Demonstrated analytical skills  Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills  Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives  Innovative and creative in solving problems  Quick thinking and detail oriented  Ability to multi-task  Dedication to learning and a true passion for business  Interest in leveraging advanced quantitative methods and technology to model, measure, and mitigate financial risk
