## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   3–5 years of engineering experience in at least one relevant technical area  Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics  Strong practical knowledge of control systems, power distribution, or thermal management  General understanding of interfaces between electrical and mechanical systems  Ability to analyze test results and technical problems  English at B2 level or higher  Fluent Polish language skills (C2) mandatory   Nice to have:   Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or electrical simulation tools  Experience with integrated electromechanical equipment  Background in aerospace, defense, or industrial automation
