## Opis stanowiska

Part-time role: 0.1 FTE (16 hours per month), ensuring a secure work environment and promoting staff health  Ensuring adherence to Polish occupational health and safety regulations (Kodeks pracy, rozporządzenia BHP)  Conducting workplace risk assessments and maintaining detailed documentation  Coordinating and delivering required OSH training for new hires and periodic refreshers  Investigating workplace incidents and near-misses and preparing detailed reports  Coordinating medical examinations (badania wstępne, okresowe, kontrolne)  Liaising with PIP, Sanepid and other regulatory authorities to ensure flawless compliance  Maintaining OSH records and internal audit schedules meticulously  Advising management on safety improvements and legal updates

## Kogo szukamy

Higher education or post-graduate certificate in BHP/OSH (per Rozporządzenie MEN 2004)  Proven experience in an OSH role  Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and BHP regulations  Proficiency in Polish (required); English is a plus  Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
