## Opis stanowiska

Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements  Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and define solution scope  Support the design of the Data Platform and analytics solutions  Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Architects and Product Owners  Analyse data flows, business processes and system dependencies  Ensure high standards of data quality, data governance and data hygiene  Manage dependencies between teams and coordinate cross-functional deliveries  Support incident management and issue resolution activities  Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives  Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or Data Analyst  Experience working with complex business and technical requirements  Strong understanding of data analysis, data quality and data governance concepts  Experience with data workflows, ETL processes and Data Pipelines  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset  Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and user stories  Experience working in Agile environments  Understanding of CI/CD concepts  Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems  Experience with incident management processes and tools   Nice to have:   Apache Spark  Python  Solution Design experience  Experience reading and writing code  AI-supported workflow and pipeline implementation
