## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities: 
 
 Execute sanctions controls per policies and standards for sanctions control (L1 role) 
 Complete mandatory training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of sanctions regulations 
 Identify and escalate issues related to applications, processes, or controls proactively 
 Cooperate with other Citi units and stakeholders; provide support including training 
 Initiate continuous improvements, quality enhancements, and standardization across processes 
 Conduct analyses based on statistical data, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations 
 Perform additional activities supporting daily operations and controls 
 Assess risk, drive compliance with laws and regulations, escalate and report control issues

 Good understanding of English written and spoken (B2 level or higher) 
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills 
 Strong attention to detail and ability to understand context 
 Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team 
 Ability to work under time pressure and in a constantly changing environment 
 
 Nice to have: 
 
 Knowledge of Cyrillic 
 Being up to date with international relations and sanctions developments 
 Experience in documentation handling
