## Opis stanowiska

Senior/Manager Java Full Stack (SME)   We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Manager Java Engineer.  The successful candidate will collaborate within a dedicated SWAT Team focused on proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving complex business and technical challenges across the program landscape. We are specifically looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record of solving complex problems in enterprise environments.   Key Responsibilities    Cooperate within SWAT Team, providing expertise in resolving critical business and technical issues.  Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.  Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.  Provide technical leadership and expert-level guidance within the assigned domain.  Support architectural discussions, integration initiatives, and modernization efforts.  Drive best practices across software development, DevOps, and operational excellence.  Leverage AI-enabled approaches and tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

## Kogo szukamy

Required Profile    Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, Science or technical field  5+ years in corporate IT in a similar role  Demonstrable experience in Java and common Java frameworks  Subject-matter expert (SME) in their technical domain  Genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement  Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills  Highly proactive; able to drive issue resolution independently  Experience working across multiple teams and managing technical dependencies  Comfortable in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments    Skills and attributes for success    10+ years commercial experience building web applications (Java + frontend)  Practical experience with Java 25 and Spring Boot  REST APIs and SOAP integrations experience  Knowledge of databases, SQL and SQL Server  Source code management (GitHub), CI/CD and automated deployment  Azure (Cosmos DB, Application Insights, DevOps)  Experience applying AI tools/practices within the SDLC  Practical experience with Angular or React.js (preferably both)  Very good English (spoken and written)    Nice-to-Have Skills    Experience with Guidewire platforms  Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ  Hands-on microservices architecture experience  Relevant certificates: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure  Jutro Digital Platform (JDP)
