Uploading, formatting, scheduling, and publishing content in the CMS  Maintaining metadata, tags, categories, and content structure  Managing categories and hierarchies, including taxonomies  Gathering assets and copy from internal stakeholders and managing revisions  Supporting content priorities and day-to-day publishing activities  Proofreading content, checking links, and ensuring content renders correctly  Coordinating the implementation and testing of AI-assisted content generation and publishing workflows  Working in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

2+ years of experience in web content management or editorial support  Proficiency with headless CMS platforms and content publishing workflows  Strong attention to detail and editorial sensibility  Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing requests  Openness to using AI tools to improve speed and consistency
