Development of creative concepts that make brands stand out on TikTok and beyond  Support in building innovative social media creative strategies aligned with best practices on TikTok, Meta, and Snap  Staying on top of viral social media trends to inform content strategies  Assisting in discovering and working with content creators to bring brand stories to life  Monitoring industry trends, cultural moments, and social media shifts to keep content fresh and relevant  Contributing to the creation of fun, authentic, and engaging social media content  Working closely with the team to deliver creative assets that surpass benchmarks  Hybrid work model with flexibility and focus on results over clock-watching

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Native-level English speaker – English is your first language or you have grown up speaking English with native fluency and cultural understanding  1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or a related field  Passionate about TikTok – you know the trends and what makes content go viral  Creative and strategic thinker with a strong sense of storytelling and love for brainstorming ideas  Eager to learn and grow, ready to gain hands-on experience working with global brands   Nice to have:   Basic experience with UGC or influencer campaigns  Basic experience with content editing tools like CapCut
