## Opis stanowiska

What does a typical workday look like?   Answering customer inquiries via phone and email (back office)  Providing technical advice and assisting with scheduling service appointments  Following current procedures to always deliver reliable support  Collaborating with the team and Team Leader  Implementing positive changes based on received feedback  Starting the day by checking procedure updates  Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM   What we offer:   Salary: 8950 PLN gross + bonus (up to 1,500 PLN gross)  Option to work from our Gdańsk office or fully remotely  Comprehensive onboarding and supportive team  First 3 months: enhancing communication skills and structured conversation frameworks  Constant, daily contact with live Danish in a close-knit team  Real promotion opportunities – over 90% of higher roles filled internally  Referral bonus: up to 3,000 PLN gross per referred person  Benefits: Medicover medical care, Sport card, Worksmile cafeteria, psychologist consultations  Holiday allowance and discounts on partner products   Remote work requirements:   A stable, wired internet connection (e.g., ADSL, fiber optic) with a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps

Fluent Danish (min. C1) – essential for customer service  Strong listening and reading comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully  Proficient computer skills – all tasks are handled digitally  Openness to learning, a curious nature, and commitment during training sessions  Ability to work in a team and a willingness to help fellow team members  Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
