What will you do?   Provide technical support mainly via phone (German & English)  Troubleshoot products, mobile applications, and connected devices  Guide customers through setup, installation, and maintenance  Handle after-sales cases, including warranties, returns, and spare parts  Document customer interactions and ensure a great customer experience   What do we offer?
