## Opis stanowiska

Scanning products using a 3D scanner as part of the onboarding process  Creating Jira tickets for scanned products and uploading the scans  Describing products and managing their inventory: entering them into the system, cataloging, and warehousing  Commissioning technical drawings (blueprints) for products and liaising with the contractor on revisions  Working with manufacturers on product specifications, testing, and ongoing questions  Building product profiles in the admin system: pricing, design regions, product details  Launching products in the design tool and testing that process  Ordering samples and assessing their quality  Owning the full process of onboarding non-apparel products into the catalog, from scanning to launching for design  Working on-site from the Poznań office (Jeżyce), as required by the nature of the tasks (3D scanning)

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Based in Poznań and happy to work on-site from the office  Clear communication in Polish (B2) and English (min. B1)  Experience in operations, product ops, or product catalog management (e-commerce experience is a plus)  Strong organizational skills for managing multiple products at different onboarding stages at the same time  Sharp eye for detail and precision, with a focus on keeping products consistent across the catalog  Proactive problem-solving skills - improving the workflow instead of just running it   Nice to have:   Experience with tools like Jira  Basic familiarity with manufacturing/production topics or 3D printing/3D scanning
