## Opis stanowiska

Developing Blazity's marketing and brand strategy, including brand positioning and communication  Building the company's visibility as an expert in AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM applications, and AI-powered products  Working with founders on their expert positioning: content pillars, LinkedIn posts, and thought leadership content  Creating content across formats: LinkedIn, articles, case studies, website content, newsletters, webinars, and conference materials  Experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation to improve marketing and content workflows  Testing ideas, formats, and channels; tracking marketing metrics and continuously improving results  Researching competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, content marketing, communications, or growth  Experience preferably gained in a technology company, SaaS, startup, software house, or AI product company  Genuine interest in AI, technology, SaaS, and emerging technologies  Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply  Strong creativity and organizational skills  Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution  Strong research skills and curiosity about new technologies  Fluent English (C1)   Nice to have:   Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing  Experience building a company or founder personal brand  Knowledge of SEO or AI search  Experience with events, webinars, or technology conferences  Experience using AI agents or automation in marketing
