## Opis stanowiska

PROJECT    Join an international engineering environment focused on developing, maintaining, and improving   distributed systems and cloud-based applications  .    YOU WILL     Design, develop, and maintain   distributed systems and microservices   using   Java 25 and Spring Boot.    Drive the adoption of   DevOps and Agile principles   across engineering teams.    Analyse technical and business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.    Collaborate with   Product Owners, Software Engineers, IT Architects, and other stakeholders.    Design and implement scalable solutions following modern software engineering practices.    Apply   SRE principles   to improve platform reliability, availability, capacity, and performance.    Develop and enhance   monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions   to support incident detection and resolution.    Participate in   Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery   processes.    Improve   CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.    Support application lifecycle management, including v  ulnerability remediation and production stability.    Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual operational tasks.    Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and platform reliability.

## Kogo szukamy

MUST HAVE     4+ years of experience   in developing and supporting distributed systems using Java.    Strong knowledge of   Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.    Experience with   Java 25   or the ability to work with modern Java versions.    Good understanding of   DevOps principles, CI/CD automation, and application lifecycle management.    Experience with   Jenkins, Ansible  , or similar automation tools.    Knowledge of   REST APIs and distributed system architecture.    Experience with   production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.    Understanding of   SRE principles, monitoring, and observability.    Familiarity with   Jira and Confluence.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams.    Very good English communication skills.     NICE TO HAVE     Experience with   Google Cloud Platform (GCP).    Knowledge of   Spring Cloud, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink.    Experience with   Angular.    Familiarity with   Redis  .    Experience with   vulnerability remediation and application security practices.    German language skills.
